Very popular Russian artist Valerius lives and creates in St. Petersburg (Russia).
He is frequently invited to participate in different projects on different levels in the city of St. Petersburg and other countries.
Valerius graduated in 1993 from the Mukhina Academy of fine arts in St. Petersburg with a major in architectural design. In 1996 he joined, as a youngest member, Russia's prestigious Union of Artists.
Valerius paints with oil and acrylic on canvas. He also works on textured paper with pastels, ink and crayon. He often embellishes his work with talismans and borders, using wood, cardboard, and gold printing foil.
